A.
No person shall, without a permit as set forth in Subsection B of this section, drive, propel or cause to be driven or propelled a vehicle of any kind or lead or drive horses over or across any curb or any sidewalk within the Township except at such places where the curb has been lowered or suitable opening has been provided in the curbline and a paved driveway entry has been constructed from the roadway of the street to the abutting property.

At the expiration of the period for which such permit is issued, the Engineer shall return to the permittee the deposit or such part thereof as may remain after deduction of the cost of the repairs, if any, to the curb or sidewalk made necessary by reason of such passage.
No person shall drive, operate or draw any vehicle or other apparatus or material upon the streets of the Township so as negligently to wear or harm the pavement thereof.
No person shall:

B.
Take up, move or carry away part of any curb, gutter or pavement.
C.
Mutilate, deface or disturb any sidewalk or roadbed.
D.
