No person shall pluck, cut, break, remove or destroy, injure or mutilate any tree, shrub, plant, or grass or any root, branch, leaf or flower thereof upon any public street or public place or in any park in the Township except as required or permitted by §§
367-13 and
367-16.
No person having any child or children in his charge or under
his control shall allow, suffer or permit such child or children to
pluck, break, remove, destroy, injure or mutilate any tree, shrub,
plant, or grass or root, branch, leaf or flower thereof upon any public
street or public place or in any park in the Township.
No person shall tie or fasten any animal to any tree standing
upon any public street or place or cause or permit any animal to stand
near any such tree whereby the tree shall be in anywise injured.
