The Municipal Parking Lot shall be defined as Block No. 51,
Lot No. 3, and Block No. 51.01, Lot No. 1, as shown on the Borough
Tax Map.
There is hereby established a two-hour parking limit for the
parking of any motor vehicle in that portion of the Municipal Parking
Lot within the east and west boundaries of Block No. 51, Lot No. 3,
and Block No. 51.01, Lot No. 1, from a point 250 feet south of Bridge
Avenue to the north boundary line of the aforesaid lots, from 6:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day.

No person shall:
A.
Park any motor vehicle in any portion of the Municipal Parking Lot
except within a designated parking space.
B.
Park any motor vehicle in any parking space within the Municipal
Parking Lot which is marked, in some manner, for restricted or designated
use unless authorized.
C.
Park any motor vehicle in the spaces within the Municipal Parking
Lot more than four hours in any one day. Trailers, recreational equipment,
campers, or mobile homes may be parked in the rear of the public parking
lot adjacent to Centennial Park for a forty-eight-hour period.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall be
subject to a fine of not more than $50 for each offense, in addition
to court costs.
The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the Police
Department, and for this purpose the aforesaid parking lot shall be
under its supervision and control.
