The City Administrator shall have the authority to promulgate
and enforce policies relating to economic development within the City
of Ozark. These policies shall be in the form of an "Economic Development
Policy" and an official copy shall be maintained by the Director of
Planning and Development. These policies may be enforced by the City
Administrator in accordance with the policies set forth therein.
