The Township Engineer or his designee shall inspect all phases of
the installation of the BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities
as deemed appropriate by the Township Engineer.

During any stage of the work, if the Township, Township Engineer
or his designee determines that the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater
management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the
approved stormwater management site plan, Newtown Township shall revoke
any existing permits or other approvals and issue a cease and desist
order until a revised stormwater management site plan is submitted
and approved, as specified in this Part and until the deficiencies
are corrected.
3.
A final inspection of all BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities
shall be conducted by the Township Engineer or his designee to confirm
compliance with the approved stormwater management site plan prior
to the issuance of any occupancy permit.
