These regulations shall pertain to public parks,
play fields, and all other recreational area facilities owned, leased
or controlled by the Borough of Hummelstown.

Park rules and regulations shall be recommended
and approved by resolution of Borough Council from time to time, and
shall apply to all public parks, play fields and other recreational
areas within the Borough of Hummelstown.

The recreation areas as designated in § 16-101 herein shall be posted with official notice of the rules, regulations and restricted provisions approved by Borough Council and provided under the terms of Part 1. Said notices shall be in the form provided for and designated by resolution of Borough Council from time to time.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate
any provision of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $300; and/or to imprisonment for a
term not to exceed 90 days.
