all of said properties being located along the Swatara Creek, beginning
at the east side of North Hanover Street and the north side of Kokomo
Avenue and continuing the length of the Conservation District along
the south side of said Creek (on the north side of Kokomo Avenue and/or
the north side of Circle Drive) until the end of the Conservation
District, approximately 1,750 feet from the point of beginning, and
ending on property located on the north side of Circle Drive.
