This Township specifies that an additional project of the Authority shall be to acquire, hold, construct, improve, maintain, operate, own and lease, either in the capacity of lessor or lessee, a sewage collection and transportation system, including the acquisition and construction of all necessary, related and appurtenant facilities in, through and for a certain area or portion of this Township as more particularly is set forth and described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto made part hereof,' in order that sanitary sewage and certain industrial wastes emanating from said area or portion of this Township may be collected and transported to the sewage treatment facilities of the City of York and the York City Sewer Authority, York County, Pennsylvania, for treatment and disposal.

The area or portion of this Township in, through and for which such additional project of the Authority shall be undertaken is set forth and particularly described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and is made a part hereof,[1] which area or portion of this Township shall be designated and shall constitute an additional "sewer service area" of the Authority as which area or portion of this Township as set forth, described, designated and constituted shall be known as "Sewer Service Area B."
