A.
Any person desiring to cut a curb for a driveway within the limits of the Township shall be, prior to commencement of any work, required to secure a written permit therefor from the Manager, having first paid a permit fee as set forth by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
B.
No permit shall be issued for any driveway in excess of 30 feet of width.
Any person desiring to cut a curb for a driveway shall submit detailed plans to the Township office. These plans shall indicate the location and size of the opening, and must be approved by the Manager before a permit will be granted.
Should the use of a driveway be discontinued after a permit has been issued as required by this article, and the curb cut made pursuant thereto, the owner of the property shall be required to restore the curb to its original condition. Upon the neglect or failure of any property owner to restore the curb to its original condition after notice has been given to said owner, the Township may restore the curb to its original condition and may collect from said owner the cost thereof plus 20%, as well as all charges and expenses.
