The chairman of each multiple member body, or an appropriate
Town Employee assigned by the chairman, shall be responsible for:
A. Ensuring that their committee's webpage includes a list of members
and other key personnel and their contact information and email addresses.
B. Posting meeting dates on the Town's website as soon as meetings
are scheduled.
C. Posting meeting agendas on the Town's website at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.
D. Submitting to the Town Clerk and posting on the Town's website
an official version of meeting minutes within five days of the minutes
being approved.
