Beach stickers as sold by the Dartmouth Park Department for
parking vehicles at Round Hill Beach shall be sold only to residents
or taxpayers or those persons who are renting residential real property
within Dartmouth, but the beach shall remain open to both residents
and non-residents of Dartmouth free of charge for non-vehicular entry.
