A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Kimberling City, being
marked and designated as the International Plumbing Code, 2021 Edition,
as set forth in Appendix C[1] to Ord. No. 543, including Appendix Chapters D, E and F, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of Kimberling City in the State of Missouri for regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 500.060 of this Article.

A.
The following Sections are hereby revised:
1.
Section 101.1. Insert: "The City of Kimberling City."
2.
Delete Section 106.6.2 Fee Schedule in its entirety and replace
with "Section 106.6.2 Fee Schedule. The fees referred to in this Section
shall be as indicated in Section 400.460(D)(6) of the Code of Ordinances
of Kimberling City."
3.
Delete Section 106.6.3 Fee Refunds in its entirety and replace
with "Section 106.6.3 Fee Refunds. The fees referred to in this Section
shall be as indicated in Section 400.460(F) of the Code of Ordinances
of Kimberling City."
4.
Section 108.4. Insert: "ordinance violation," "five hundred
dollars ($500.00)," "ninety (90)."
5.
Section 108.5. Insert: "ten dollars ($10.00)" and "one hundred
dollars ($100.00)."
6.
Section 305.6.1. Insert: "eighteen (18) inches" and "eighteen
(18) inches."
7.
Section 904.1. Insert: "six (6)."
