An application must be completed and presented to the Town Clerk and the Parks and Recreation Department. The Parks and Recreation Supervisor will maintain the calendar for building use. The Building Use Policy is located in the office of the Town Clerk.
A. 
The Parks and Recreation Department shall keep a calendar for building use. The Parks and Recreation Supervisor will advise the Town Clerk and the Supervisor as to the availability of the room(s) requested.

B. 
The Supervisor will then approve or deny the request based on the following. Use of the Town facilities will be denied to the following:
(1) 
Profit-making organizations or individuals.
(2) 
Religious groups.
(3) 
Any group deemed undesirable by virtue of size or activity proposed.
The organization will be responsible for setting up tables, chairs, etc., and for returning the facility to its original setup when finished.

Custodial services will not be provided.
Refrigeration and coffee facilities will not be furnished by the Town. Any supplies or equipment must be provided by the organization.
Arrangements for access to the building will be made with the Town Clerk.

The Auditorium may be used by outside groups based on availability (maximum occupancy: 266). The Large Group Room may be used by groups only if a Town employee is in attendance (maximum occupancy: 215). See Building Use Policy located in the Town Clerk’s office.
