A midblock crosswalk is hereby established across Browning Road,
from the northwest corner of the intersection of Browning Road and
Fifth Street, to a point commencing 71 feet west of the northwest
corner of the intersection of Browning Road and 5th Street, ending
at a point 75 feet west of the northwest corner of the intersection
of Browning Road and Fifth Street.
