The Election Board shall be in accordance with the requirements of applicable state and federal laws.

The members of the Election Board for the Village of Mishicot shall be compensated at the rate determined by the Village Board for time spent working on election activities and attending training seminars.

In the event the number of candidates for an elective office in the Village of Mishicot exceeds twice the number to be elected to the office, a primary election shall be held and the names of the two persons receiving the greatest number of votes for each seat to be elected shall be placed on the official spring election ballot.
