The Township may charge a reasonable fee for review of the drainage
plan, including the BMP operations and maintenance plan, to defray
review costs incurred by the Township. The applicant shall pay all
such fees.

1.
The fees required by this Chapter 23B shall, at a minimum, cover:
A.
The review of the drainage plan, including the BMP operations and
maintenance plan, by the Township.
B.
All site inspections.
C.
The inspection of required controls and improvements during construction.
D.
The final inspection upon completion of the controls and improvements
required in the plan.
E.
Any additional work required to monitor and enforce any permit provisions, regulated by this Chapter 23B, correct violations and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
F.
Administrative and clerical costs.
