The Commission known as the "Shade Tree Commission of the Borough
of Kittanning" is hereby abolished.
Pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 2721 of the Borough Code
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as from time to time supplemented
and amended, the Council of the Borough of Kittanning shall hereafter
exercise all of the rights and perform the duties and obligations
heretofore granted to and imposed upon the Shade Tree Commission by
law.
