All applications for building permits shall be accompanied by a plot drawn to scale, showing the actual dimensions of each lot to be built upon, the size and location of each building or structure to be erected upon each lot, and such other information as may be necessary to enable the Building Code Official to determine that the proposed structure or building and the use of the land will conform to the provisions of the rules and regulations governing the subdivision of land as heretofore adopted by the Township of Cecil; see Chapter
210, Subdivision and Land Development.
[Amended 3-16-1988 by Ord. No. 1-88]

or addition, which said estimated cost shall be determined by the
Building Code Official. The fee shall be paid into the general fund
of the Township of Cecil for the use of the said Township. Fees for
building permits shall be set by the Board of Supervisors and may
be changed by resolution as seen fit by the Board.
