1. 
No person shall discharge any firearm, air rifle, rifle, shotgun, spring gun, paintball gun, paintball marker, potato gun, slingshot or any other device capable of propelling an object which can cause serious bodily injury or death, within 450 feet of any house or dwelling within the Township of North Lebanon. No person, being under the age of 18, shall possess any firearm, air rifle, rifle, shotgun, spring gun, paintball gun, paintball marker, potato gun, slingshot or any other device capable of propelling an object which can cause serious bodily injury or death, unless the said minor is accompanied by his parent, legal guardian or responsible person 21 years of age or older and with the approval of the minor's parents or guardian. A person under the age 18 may be in possession of a paintball gun or paintball marker, with the permission of the minor's parent or legal guardian, so long as the propellant canister has been emptied of its gas or air propellant and the encapsulated gelatin paintballs.

If any person under the age of 18 is found to be in violation of the possession provisions of this Part, the said weapon will be confiscated by the North Lebanon Township Police, and at the discretion of the Chief of Police of North Lebanon Township, the weapon will be returned to the parent or guardian of the person under the age of 18 or destroyed by the Police Department in accordance with Pennsylvania State guidelines.

Any person who violates or permits a violation of this provision of the Code of Ordinances of North Lebanon Township shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, and/or to be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 90 days. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation is found to exist.
