It shall be unlawful for any person, association, firm or corporation
to bury or inter any deceased person in any place within the Borough
of Oxford other than in that ground owned by the Oxford Cemetery Association
and commonly referred to and known as the "Oxford Cemetery."

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.

The provision of the penalty in §
10-502 shall not in any way restrict or prohibit the Borough from seeking and obtaining a court injunction to prevent an unlawful burial or to disinter persons who have been unlawfully buried.
