1. Intent. It is the intent of the Borough Council that all current
fees and charges for applications to the Borough and services provided
by the Borough shall be set forth in a Consolidated Fee Schedule which
shall be initially adopted, and thereafter revised from time to time
as required, by resolution of the Borough Council.
2. Consolidated Fee Schedule. A copy of the current resolution shall
be available at the Borough office during regular business hours.
Any fees or charges established by ordinance adopted prior to the
date of this Part 6A and not set forth in the most current Consolidated
Fee Schedule adopted by the Borough Council shall remain in full force
and effect unless repealed. Fees and charges set forth on the most
current Consolidated Fee Schedule shall supersede any fee established
by ordinance or resolution adopted prior to the date of the Fee Schedule.

For collection actions on delinquent accounts, including filed
and unfiled municipal claims, municipal liens, taxes, tax claims and
tax liens, the Borough shall have the right to charge and collect
reasonable attorney fees from the persons and property owing such
delinquent accounts at the hourly rate regularly charged to the Borough
as set from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council. Interest
at a rate of 10% per annum shall accrue on each municipal lien claim
filed pursuant to the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Law, 53 P.S. § 7143,
as amended from time to time.
