The Director, or a duly authorized representative of the Director,
is hereby authorized and directed to make inspections to determine
the condition of dwellings, dwelling units, boarding units and premises
located within the Town of Westernport in accordance with the provisions
of this code. Where the Director has probable cause to believe that
a dwelling, dwelling unit, or boarding unit and its premises are in
a condition which would violate this chapter, the Director may apply
to either the Circuit Court or District Court of Allegany County,
Maryland, for an administrative search warrant.
