The license application fee for each campground shall be $300 (§ 105-2).
Whenever a check in any amount payable to the Township of Eagleswood is returned for insufficient funds, a service charge of $20 shall be added to the account (§ 109-2).
A.
In those cases where no provision for the amount of the fee to accompany the application for a license or renewal of a license has been made, the following shall apply (§ 131-33):
Certification regarding the Flood Hazard Boundary Map or the
Flood Insurance Rate Map of the Township of Eagleswood: $10 (§ 145-24).
An application for an enlargement, extension, amendment or transfer of a license shall be accompanied by a fee amounting to 1/2 of the basic annual fee for the specific type of license involved, unless the fee for such an application is more particularly specified by a specific provision contained in any law, ordinance or regulation (§ 166-3).
The annual license fee for each mobile home park shall be $700, plus $9 per month for each mobile home located in such park (§ 176-5).

A.
Upon the sale or transfer of title, the certificate of occupancy
for a residential property, including the review of statement and
inspection, shall be $40. A fee of $15 shall be paid for each subsequent
reinspection required due to a previously failed inspection.
B.
Upon the sale or transfer of title, a certificate of occupancy for
a commercial property, including the review of statement and inspection,
shall be $75. A fee of $50 shall be paid for each subsequent reinspection
required due to a previously failed inspection.
A.
The following shall incur fees for copies of government records which do not meet the specifications within § 204-2A:
(1)
Duplicate tax bills: $10 for an initial duplicate copy of a tax bill;
$25 for each subsequent copy of a tax bill for the same tax year requested
by the same person or organization.
(4)
Copies of Subdivision Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance or Mobile Home
Ordinance: $50 each or the cost to the Township for purchasing copies
of the ordinance from the code publisher, whichever is greater.
(5)
Tax Map (full bound): $100.
(6)
Tax Map (one-half bound): $50.
(7)
Tax Map (12 inches by 18 inches) (single sheet): $5 each.
(8)
Flood certification letter: $5 each.
(9)
Ordinance Book: $75 each.
(10)
Police reports: For accident reports not requested in person
and not part of Municipal Court discovery, an additional fee of $5
for the first three pages and $1 per page thereafter shall be charged
to cover the administrative costs of the report pursuant to N.J.S.A.
39:4-131.

Certified copy of disposition of Municipal Court case: $5.

Fingerprints: $10.
(13)
Township Master Plan: $75.
(14)
Duplicate tax sale certificate: $100.

Natural Resource Inventory: $25.

Certificate for redemption at tax sale: $25.

Copies of audiocassette, computer diskette or computer compact
disk: actual cost of media.
(19)
Certified copy of the following vital records: $10 each. At
such time as said fee is payable, the Registrar shall also collect
any fee mandated to be collected by the State of New Jersey for any
such license or certificate.
B.
Whenever the nature, format, manner of collation, or volume of a government record embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined or copied is such that the record cannot be reproduced by ordinary document-copying equipment in ordinary business size or involves an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort to accommodate the request, the Township may charge, in addition to the actual cost of duplicating the record, a special service charge of not less than $20 nor more than $100 per day (§ 204-2).

Initial license: if issued for less than three years, $5 per twelve-month period or portion thereof (§ 213-11).

Renewal license: $15.
C.
Board of Health inspection at time of license renewal: $50.
D.
Septic sludge removal operator permit: $250, initial; $150, renewal.

A.
The connection or reconnection fee for the right to connect or reconnect to the Township's sewage collection system shall be based on the Township's estimate of fees necessary to partially effect the costs of system construction. The minimum fee for each connection or reconnection, subject to change based on the estimated costs for construction of the service connection or reconnection and system cost offset, is $4,000 (§ 215-28).

Annual service charges for sewer use (§ 215-29).

(1)
The annual service charge as computed for a single-family residence
shall be $750.
(2)
The annual service charge as computed for 1.5 units shall be $1,110.
(3)
The annual service charge as computed for 2.00 units shall be $1,471.50.
(4)
The annual service charge as computed for 2.5 units shall be $1,833.
(5)
The annual service charge as computed for 3.00 units shall be $2,194.50.
(6)
The annual service charge as computed for vacant land or unutilized
system shall be $648.

Fees (§ 245-3).
(1)
For repaving openings made in concrete pavements: $5 for each square
yard of surface to be repaved.
(2)
For repaving openings made in pavements of concrete stone block,
asphalt or other material where the foundation is of concrete: $5
for each square yard of surface to be repaved.
(3)
For repaving openings made in pavements of bituminous concrete or
bituminous macadam with a crushed stone or telford base or stone block
on sand cushion: $5 for each square yard of surface to be repaved.
(4)
For repaving openings made in gravel pavements: $2 per square yard
of surface to be repaved.
(5)
For repaving openings made in streets paved with materials other
than those hereinbefore enumerated: such sum per square yard of surface
to be repaved as the Township Engineer shall determine.
Application for a tree removal permit: $25 (§ 263-5).
Boat stall or space at the public dock stalls at West Creek: a permit fee of $500 per year (§ 278-7).

Application for an informal hearing of a minor subdivision (residential and/or nonresidential): $100, plus $25 per lot (§ 285-37).
B.
Minor subdivision application fee: $150, plus $50 per lot, plus the applicable fee for a variance request, if necessary (§ 285-37).
C.
Application for an informal major subdivision hearing and/or sketch major subdivision plan (residential and/or nonresidential): $200 plus $10 per lot (§ 285-37).
D.
Preliminary major subdivision plat application fee: $500, plus $50 per lot, plus the applicable fee for a variance request, if necessary (§ 285-37).

Preliminary site plan. The application fee to be paid shall be the sum of the site area and building area charges in accordance with the following schedule and conditions (§ 295-39):
(1)
Site area charge.
(a)
Gross site area of less than one acre: $250.
(b)
Gross site area of one or more acres, but less than 10 acres:
$250 for the first acre, plus $50 for each additional acre or portion
thereof.
(c)
Gross site area of 10 or more acres, but less than 50 acres:
$750 for the first 10 acres, plus $50 for each additional acre or
portion thereof.
(d)
Gross site area of 50 or more acres: $1,500 for the first 50
acres, plus $20 for each additional acre or portion thereof.
(2)
Building area charge: $50 per each 1,000 square feet or portion thereof
of building gross floor area.
C.
Final site plan application fee: $500 for the first acre, plus $50 per additional acre or portion thereof (§ 295-39).

Application fee for a request to hear and decide appeals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70a: $250 per request or appeal (§ 295-39).

Site plan inspection fees: an amount not to exceed, except for extraordinary circumstances, the greater of $500 or 5% of the cost of improvements (§ 295-39).

Educational fees to be paid by an applicant submitting an application to the Land Use Board for review: $50, to defray the cost of tuition for required land use law and planning classes (§ 295-39).
M.
Forestry permit.
(1)
Application for a forestry permit: $25 [§ 295-71D(4)(a)].
(2)
Administrative fee: $250, which shall serve as reimbursement for any administrative costs incurred by the municipality during the ten-year permit period [§ 295-71D(5)].

A.
Any vendor who wishes to participate in the annual Country Fair shall
pay the Township of Eagleswood a fee of $20 and be entitled to receive
a ten-foot-by-ten-foot space to sell its products at the fair. If
a vendor wishes to purchase more than one ten-foot-by-ten-foot space,
then the vendor shall be charged $20 for each additional ten-foot-by-ten-foot
space to be utilized by the vendor.
B.
Any vendor who contributes a product to the Township with a value
of at least $10 for each ten-foot-by-ten-foot space which the vendor
wishes to obtain shall be required only to pay $10 for each ten-foot-by-ten-foot
space.
C.
The product or products provided to the Township with a value of
$10 or more shall be raffled off to participants during the Country
Fair.
D.
Any vendor which maintains a 501(c)(3) identification shall not be
obligated to pay a fee to participate as a vendor at the Country Fair.
