Use Regulations. A building may be erected or used and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following purposes, and no other, subject to the applicable provisions of Part 6, General Regulations, and other applicable provisions of this and other Borough ordinances.
B.
The following uses and their accessory uses are special exception uses and may be permitted by the Zoning Hearing Board following review and recommendation of the Planning Commission in accord with Part 10 of this chapter.
C.
Accessory uses on the same lot and customarily incidental to the permitted use are permitted by right. The term "accessory use" shall not include a business but may include:
