Borough of Wood-Ridge, NJ Article V Police Traffic Control Fees

§ 264-17 Coverage by police of traffic control.

Any company and/or business entity requesting traffic control coverage must notify Police Headquarters four hours in advance. If no cancellation notification is received, any such company and/or business entity shall be charged a four-hour minimum fee. Fees for police traffic control services are as follows:

A. Police officer.

(1) Per hour, four-hour minimum: $125 to $175.

(2) After eight hours: an additional four-hour minimum.

(3) After 12 hours: an additional four-hour minimum.

B. Police vehicle: $100 to $200 per eight-hour minimum use.

C. Specific rates and fees for the above items shall be established by resolution.
