An enclosed smoking room may be designated, upon request, if
space is available.
Employee eating areas will contain nonsmoking areas large enough
to meet demand.
Conflicts should be brought to the attention of the appropriate
supervisory personnel. Employees may also file a formal complaint
with the Sullivan County Enforcement Officer.
Copies of these rules will be posted and distributed to all
employees and to all prospective employees upon request.

The Board of Trustees shall designate an agent to assist in
the enforcement of this chapter by notifying employees who are in
violation.
This chapter may be amended from time to time by resolution
of the Village of Woodridge Board of Trustees. All amendments shall
be in conformance with New York State law, and employees will be notified
accordingly.
