1. 
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XII (§ 15-912), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter. Further, no person shall park in a zebra-striped area. No person except a handicapped person or a driver operating a motor vehicle for the benefit of a handicapped person who is a passenger in the vehicle shall park a vehicle at any time in the locations designated in Schedule XXV (§ 15-924), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.

Parking shall be permitted upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 15-902), attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.
3. 
Any person parking in a zebra-striped area shall be subject to a fine as established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council. In addition, any said person shall be subject to having his or her vehicle towed away in accordance with Part 3 of this chapter.
4. 
The parking and storage of commercial and recreational vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted along Borough streets and alleys except for loading and unloading purposes. Commercial and recreational vehicles and equipment shall include, but not be limited to, the following: trailers of any nature, type or consideration; tractor trailers; tandems; tractors (semi); rigs; cabs; trucks of a capacity exceeding 11,000 pounds' gross vehicle weight; other commercial or construction or cargo-moving vehicles and equipment; buses; motor homes; boats; all-terrain vehicles; and snowmobiles.

No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§ 15-913), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIV (§ 15-914), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 15-915) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV (§ 15-915), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVI (§ 15-916) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI (§ 15-916), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 15-917) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIII (§ 15-917), of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIII (§ 15-917), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIX (§ 15-918), except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.

The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 15-919), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.

The locations described in Schedule XXII (§ 15-921), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

The locations indicated in Schedule XXIII (§ 15-922) are hereby designated fire lanes. It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle or to suffer a vehicle to remain stopped in said fire lanes, except in obedience to a traffic signal or sign maintained by the Borough or to a direction of a duly constituted officer of the Borough.

Any physician may apply to the Borough Manager for a special parking permit which will authorize the physician to park in front of his or her office. The annual fee for the permit will be in an amount as established, from time to time by resolution of Borough Council, payable in advance. In addition, the physician will be required to pay the costs of the sign and painting of the curb. The permit provided for by this section shall be renewed on the first day of July of each year.
