The Building Inspector or his/her authorized agent, upon the
showing of proper credentials and in the discharge of his/her duties,
may enter upon any land or building or structure at any reasonable
hour, subject to all applicable laws. Where permission to enter is
not granted, the Building Inspector is authorized to apply to a court
of competent jurisdiction for a search warrant to gain such entry.
Whenever the Building Inspector shall approve or disapprove,
act or otherwise perform any of his/her duties and shall make a determination
thereon, such determination shall be reviewable by appeal to the Board
of Appeals. Such appeal shall be taken not more than 30 days after
the filing of the Building Inspector's determination in the office
of the Building Inspector.
