The water district shall comprise all that area hereinafter
bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the center
line of Rice Hill Road, which point is westerly as measured along
the center line of Rice Hill Road 600 feet from the point of intersection
of the center lines of Rice Hill Road and Prospect Street; thence
southerly and at a right angle to Rice Hill Road 1,000 feet to a point;
thence easterly at a right angle 940 feet, more or less, to a point
in the east boundary of the Penn Central Railroad; thence southerly
along the east boundary of the Penn Central Railroad 130 feet, more
or less, to a point which marks the southwest corner of lands conveyed
to Knapton by deed recorded in the Yates County Clerk's office
in Liber 183 of deeds at page 305; thence easterly along the south
boundary of Knapton 305 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner
of lands convey to Bradshaw by deed recorded in the Yates County Clerk's
office in Liber 197 of deeds at page 203; thence southerly along the
west boundary of Bradshaw 99 feet, more or less, to Bradshaw's
southwest corner, thence easterly along Bradshaw's south boundary
230 feet, more or less, to the west boundary of the Himrod-Lakemont
Road; thence northerly along the west boundary of the Himrod-Lakemont
Road, 98 feet, more or less, to Bradshaw's northeast corner;
thence easterly and crossing Himrod-Lakemont Road, 72 feet, more or
less, to the southwest corner of premises conveyed to Vedder by deed
recorded in the Yates County Clerk's office in Liber 248 of deeds
at page 280; thence continuing easterly along the south boundary of
Vedder and the south boundary of lands conveyed to Wheeler by deed
recorded in the Yates County Clerk's office in Liber 247 of deeds
at page 248, 520 feet, more or less, to a point in the west boundary
of the Penn Central Railroad; thence northerly along the west boundary
of the Penn Central Railroad 340 feet, more or less, to a point; thence
northerly crossing said railroad 100 feet, more or less, to the south
corner of a triangular piece of land now or formerly belonging to
the First Baptist Church; thence northerly along the east boundary
of the First Baptist Church, lands conveyed to Crawford by deed recorded
in the Yates County Clerk's office in Liber 252 of deeds at page
293 and the east boundary of lands conveyed to McCarthy by deed recorded
in the Yates County Clerk's office in Liber 256 of deeds at page
241, 600 feet, more or less, to a point in the center line of the
creek; thence westerly along the center line of the creek as it winds
and turns to a point in the center line of the creek as it winds and
turns to a point in the center line of the Himrod-Lakemont Road; thence
southerly along the center line of the Himrod-Lakemont Road, 345 feet,
more or less, to the point of intersection of the center lines of
the Himrod-Lakemont Road and Cherry Street; thence westerly along
the center line of Cherry Street 240 feet, more or less, to the southeast
corner of lands conveyed to Benson by deed recorded in the Yates County
Clerk's office in Liber 222 of deeds at page 263; thence northerly
along the east boundary of Benson, 82 feet, more or less, to Benson's
northeast corner; thence westerly along Benson's north boundary
260 feet, more or less, to Benson's northwest corner; thence
southerly along Benson's west boundary, 80 feet more or less,
to a point in the center line of Cherry Street; thence westerly along
the center line of Cherry Street, 225 feet, more or less, to its point
of intersection with the west boundary of the Penn Central Railroad
and the various courses thereof to a point which is northerly as measured
at right angles from the center line of Cherry Street (also known
as Rice Hill Road) 200 feet; thence westerly parallel with the center
line of Cherry Street (Rice Hill Road) and at a distance 200 feet
therefrom, 850 feet, more or less, to a point; thence southerly and
at right angles, 200 feet, to the point and place of beginning.

The Himrod Water District shall comply with NYSDOH Regulations,
Part V of NYS Sanitary Code in attached booklet.
