Matters concerning violations of the licensing requirements
of this chapter shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer.
Matters concerning violations of the Penal Law (e.g., § 140.05,
Trespass and § 240.20, Disorderly Conduct), Transportation
Law of NYS and the Vehicle and Traffic Law of NYS shall be the responsibility
of a law enforcement agency having jurisdiction in the Town.
Matters (e.g., pushcart and mobile food service establishment)
concerning violations of the Sanitary Code of NYS shall be the responsibility
of the NYSDOH.
