The Village Clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for
that purpose, all ordinances passed by the Village Board of Trustees.
Immediately following each ordinance, the Village Clerk shall make
a memorandum of the date of the passage and the publication, where
required, of the ordinance.
The record and memorandum required by §
50-2, or a certified copy thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, passage and of the publication or posting of ordinances.
The enacting style of all ordinances shall be: "Be it ordained
by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oakwood."
