This chapter repeals, supersedes and replaces original Chapter 114 of the 1997 Code, Streets and Sidewalks, which was adopted on September 17, 1984, and original § 140-29.1 of the 1997 Code, Private roads, which was adopted on October 21, 2002, of the Code of the Town of Milo, as well as any ordinances, local laws and parts thereof inconsistent with this chapter.
