It shall be unlawful for anyone to bring an animal into the
Oakwood Park unless such animal is leashed with constant control by
its handler. Anyone bringing an animal into the Oakwood Park shall
immediately clean up after defecation of such animal with disposal
into a customary garbage receptacle.

Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this article
shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $750 for each offense.
A separate offense shall be held to have been committed each day that
such violation shall occur or continue.
