1. 
Each Supervisor of Hunlock Township, elected or appointed to office, shall receive compensation for attending duly advertised general or special public meetings of the Board of Supervisors at the rate of $50 for each meeting attended by such Supervisor.
2. 
No Supervisor shall receive annual compensation under this Part in excess of the annual statutory limits set forth by the General Assembly in Act 68 of 1985, P. L. 294, enacted October 31, 1985, and subsequently amended, and as codified in 53 P. S. § 65515 within the appropriate population category.
3. 
No Supervisor shall be compensated for attending any meeting of the Board of Supervisors in excess of 24 meetings per year. Such absence of compensation shall not negate nor in any way affect such Supervisor's duties or obligations to attend such uncompensated meeting.
