As authorized by and in accordance with Section 355.010 of this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.

No person shall park, abandon or leave unattended any motor vehicle in the following locations:

Angle parking only is permitted in the following locations:
Cedar Street:
That part of Cedar Street which lies between Pine Street and the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad track shall be only at an angle of approximately forty-five degrees (45°) to the curb and in parking stalls to be visibly set out by painted markings.
Pine Street:
That part of Pine Street lying between the intersection of Cedar Street and the intersection of Poplar Street and Walnut Street shall be only at an angle of approximately forty-five degrees (45°) to the curb and in parking stalls to be visibly set out by painted markings.
