The Board of Supervisors of Hunlock Township appoints the locally
elected Tax Collector as the agent authorized to provide and issue
Real Estate Tax Certifications, duplicated tax bills or facsimiles
of either tax bills or tax certificates and authorizes said Tax Collector
to assess, collect and retain, as compensation for providing said
Tax Certification Service, a fee of $5 per Certification, bill or
facsimile thereof.
2.
The Board of Supervisors of Hunlock Township may, from time to time,
revise said fees by resolution.
