§ 1-311 Planning Commission.

Creation. A Planning Commission is hereby established.

Membership. The Commission shall have seven members.

Functions. The powers, duties and operations of the Commission shall be as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code or other applicable state law.
