From and after the effective date of this Part, the owners,
tenants or other occupants of every building in the Borough shall
promptly and prominently post the buildings on their property with
the street address numbers. The numbers shall be of such size, color
and contrast, and in such location, that they shall be easily visible
from the street. Once displayed, all such street numbers shall be
maintained thereafter so that they remain easily visible from the
street.

The Borough Council may, from time to time, by resolution adopt
regulations detailing specific requirements for the exact location,
size, color and contrast of such street numbers.

Any owner, tenant or other occupant of a building within the
Borough who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction
thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus
costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term
of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of
this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be found
to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
