A schedule of late charges and costs associated with the collection
of all delinquent sewage accounts shall be adopted from time to time
by resolution of the Borough Council. To all delinquent fees, certified
to the Borough for payment as delinquent accounts by ALCOSAN, shall
be added a late charge to be set by the resolution of Borough Council,
from time to time. To this subtotal shall be added all lien charges
paid to the Prothonotary or other court official for the filing, indexing,
revival and execution upon the lien for all sums due the Borough hereunder,
together with attorney's fees as determined by resolution of
Borough Council, from time to time.

Said schedule of late fees and attorney's fees may be enacted,
repealed, and modified by resolution from time to time by the Borough
council as it deems necessary.

That any fee or charge established elsewhere by ordinance or
resolution of the Borough Council not expressly included in said schedule
shall remain in full force and effect.
