The short title of this Part 6 shall be the "Salisbury Township
Industrial Waste Disposal and Discharge Ordinance relating to the
City of Bethlehem POTW."

The City of Bethlehem regulations entitled "Disposal and Discharge
of Industrial Waste Regulations," as amended, which are attached hereto
and made a part hereof, and marked as "Exhibit A,"[1] are hereby adopted by the Township of Salisbury as its
Disposal and Discharge of Industrial Waste Ordinance for purposes
of regulating the disposal and discharge of industrial waste by industrial
users within Salisbury Township who discharge industrial waste water
through the Salisbury Township sanitary sewer system and into the
City of Bethlehem publicly owned treatment works ("POTW"); and each
and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and
terms of the City of Bethlehem Disposal and Discharge of Industrial
Waste Regulations are hereby referred to, adopted and incorporated
by reference as if fully set out in this Part 6.
