This Part shall be known and may be cited as the "Renovo Borough
Addressing Ordinance."

The following words and phrases, when used in this Part, shall
have the meaning ascribed to them in this section, except in those
instances where the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
Borough of Renovo, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
An individual appointed by resolution by a majority vote
of the Council of the Borough of Renovo to enforce the provisions
of this Part, including, but not limited to, any borough official,
employee, or police officer specifically authorized by resolution
to enforce this Part. Enforcement authority shall remain in the Borough
Council in the event the Council does not appoint a Borough Enforcement
Officer.
Borough Council of the Borough of Renovo, Clinton County,
Pennsylvania.
The actual owner, agent, or custodian of the premises affected
by this Part, whether an individual, firm, partnership, company, association,
corporation, or other legal entity.
