1.
A schedule of fees, charges and/or penalties associated with the
tax collection shall be adopted, from time to time, by resolution
of Borough Council of the Borough of Renovo.
2.
Said schedule may be revised and/or modified by resolution, from
time to time, by Borough Council as it deems necessary.
3.
Any fee or charge established elsewhere by ordinance or resolution
of Borough Council of the Borough of Renovo not expressly included
in said schedule shall remain in full force and effect.
