A. 
The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) is composed of members who have professional expertise necessary to identify and plan the management of child abuse and neglect cases. Key members of the MDT include the Tribal Prosecutor/Presenting Officer, social services manager, case managers, and qualified expert witness.
B. 
In cases involving allegations that may lead to criminal prosecution, the MDT will be expanded to include, but not limited to, United States Attorney, FBI, Tribal Police, CIT, victim advocate, medical professional, behavioral health clinician. The expanded MDT will collaborate on the jurisdictional issues and coordinate available services.
C. 
Members of the MDT will maintain confidentiality as to all information acquired through or for a MDT meeting.
D. 
MDT will meet at minimum once per month. The MDT will also convene on a case-by-case or as-needed basis.
