A.
Unless another penalty is specifically provided for in Subsection B below, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50, plus costs of prosecution, and, in the event of nonpayment of such fine and costs of prosecution, such person shall be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 days.
B.
Any person who shall violate any provision of a section listed below
shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
that specified for violation of said section, plus costs of prosecution
and, in the event of nonpayment of such fine and costs of prosecution,
such person shall be subject to imprisonment for a period not exceeding
that indicated for said section.
