A merit system Police Department
is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of St. James, Missouri,
under and according to the provisions of Section 85.541, RSMo.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense. (For penalty, see Section 100.220.)
