Zoning permit fees are set forth as follows:

Zoning permit (general): $30.
(2)
New residential home: $250.
(3)
Accessory structures over 600 square feet: $75.
(4)
Accessory structures under 600 square feet: $50.
(5)
Commercial buildings one square foot to 5,000 square feet: $250.
(6)
Commercial buildings 5,001 square feet to 10,000 square feet: $350.
(7)
Commercial buildings 10,001 + square feet: $500.
