A. 
The mooring of boats or vessels or any floating equipment for a period of time of more than four consecutive hours is hereby prohibited on the Town of Clayton dock in Aunt Janes Bay on the southern side of Grindstone Island in the St. Lawrence River in the Town of Clayton, County of Jefferson and State of New York.
B. 
Any person mooring said boat, vessel or equipment as stated above for any period in excess of four hours, whether or not the boat, vessel or equipment so moored is owned by the individual, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.

Each violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
