Off-track pari-mutuel betting — See Racing,
Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law Art. V-a.
The County of Dutchess is hereby authorized to conduct off-track
pari-mutuel betting within the County of Dutchess and to request the
New York State Off-Track Pari-Mutuel Betting Commission to approve
the County of Dutchess as a participating municipality.
