[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
Each supervisor of Carroll Township elected or appointed to
office and begin serving on or after January 1, 2020, shall receive
compensation, at the annual maximum compensation rate related to Township
population as set forth in the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S.
§ 65606. This amount shall be prorated monthly for those
that serve less than a full year. The payment shall be paid quarterly
to each Supervisor or made payable to whom they direct the funds to
be made payable to.
