The purpose of this article is to disallow on all properties
in the Town of Urbana the real property tax exemption granded pursuant
to § 487 of the Real Property Tax Law.
The Town of Urbana, New York, by its Town Board, hereby disallows
the property exemption granted by § 487 of the Real Property
Tax Law with respect to certain solar or wind energy systems or farm
waste energy systems.
